I’m a barely-still-20-something mama to 3 girls under 10, owner of 2 low-waste specialty coffee shops (my lifelong dream — I write a lot about that), and wife to the best business partner and friend, AJ.

We live in a small mountain town in Colorado where we try to live as slowly and intentionally as possible. Within the pages of this blog, you’ll find almost a decade’s worth of content, all of which is centered around slow and sustainable living, and of course, lots and lots of growth along the way.
