About Simply, Liv
One of the longest-standing ethical fashion blogs on the internet (I started in 2015, when options for ethical fashion were much, much fewer and far between), Simply, Liv has moved away from the typical review format in hopes of a more authentic, slower model.
I built this blog with the intention to “Inspire Simplicity” and it’s grown into a job that I’m forever grateful for. However, with all that 2020 held, I no longer feel connected to the title “fashion blogger” and have slowly worked to unwind what showing up online means to me as a human and as an “influencer” in the years that followed.
I will be taking on a select number of partnerships each month with the goal of accepting fewer, more flexible collaborations from brands who wish to be shown in a lifestyle format, with bits of reality carved in. Less “perfect aesthetic”, more “real life”. I hope that these changes draw me even closer to my readership, help them trust me even more, and make my content all the more compelling.
There are a million bloggers out there. I don’t seek to be one in a million, I seek to create content that inspires people to live their lives with intention, whether it’s in their closet, in their businesses, in their parenting, or with their relationship with themselves.

Blog collaborations:
This year, I’m interested in developing long term relationships with brands that have similar goals to mine. We may have worked together already or you may be new to my radar, but either way, I’m passionate about supporting sustainable/ethical businesses for the “long run” not just in a single blog post or review.
So, instead of having a set selection of blog options for brands to choose from, I’m asking that interested brands email me with a pitch of their product/how they see it fitting into my lifestyle. From there, we can develop a timeline for our partnership (at least 2 months in duration) together. Blog partnerships include social media promotion as well.
Starting rates:
Determined on a sliding scale based on your brand’s budget and my own industry standard rate — discounts applied for collaborations of 3 months or longer
*a note on affiliate programs: I’m more than happy to join the affiliate program of a brand I’ve worked with at least once before in a larger capacity. I believe this is best for both parties and for my audiences developing trust for the content I share.
Social media collaborations:
My goals for my social media are intertwined with my goals for my blog, just on a smaller scale. The same goals as the ones I’ve outlined above apply, but at a cheaper rate if you’re wanting to develop a long term relationship via IG.
Starting rates:
$200/month with at least 1 static in-feed post and 4 stories/links each month.
*blog posts are automatically shared to social media, so blog partnerships will include social media coverage as well.
